The Essex Inn is pleased to serve as host hotel for The Association for the Sociology of Religion's Annual Meeting. A block of rooms has been reserved over the dates of August 4-11, 1999.
Reservations received after July 7, 1999 or after the room block has been filled will be accepted on a space available basis. We recommend that you make your reservations early as we anticipate the hotel will be sold out.
All reservations must be held on a guaranteed basis. A check in the amount of the first night's room and tax or a credit card number with expiration date is to accompany your reservation. To assure a refund of deposit, cancellation must be received no later than 24 hours prior to the anticipated arrival. Check-in time is 2:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 noon.
Any requests for dates prior to or after the room block are subject to availability.
