The final program contains abstracts of all papers whose authors submit them in a timely manner. All registrants will receive one copy of the final program as a part of their registration fee. If you wish additional copies or if you cannot attend the meeting but wish to have a printed copy of the final program, you may purchase copies. No copies of the final program will be distributed before the meeting, and no copies may be ordered after the preregistration period.
